A Very Personal Note

I have been under quite a lot of stress lately. I don’t know really where to begin but to say that there has been an accumulation of things building up in my life and its hit me for six over the last couple of weeks and became one big mind f@#k! Then, how will achieve these changes? The thing that screamed out …

Below you will find my 3 simple steps to removing overwhelm and the pressure of perfection. I get it I really do. We all have doubts and insecurities. BUT What if I said, the best thing you can do for your health and wellbeing right now is to LET GO OF THIS! Just let go of the pressure and accept that right here, right now, you are doing the best you can with the knowledge, time and ability you have. That’s it! Just take the breaks off for a moment and breathe. If you don’t like green smoothies…..that’s OK!  If you find the thought of working out at a gym amongst buffed up fitness freaks, freaks you out…..That’s so ok, too. If the thought of going to a yoga class and chanting is not your thing…guess what……OK!! There is so much noise and conflicting information …
