How to stay healthy during the festive season!

The festive season is amping up. The parties are being had, the shopping is getting done…or at least started, I hope? And the festive feast with all its trimmings is being planned. I don’t know about you, but Christmas can be a crazy time of year. The gift shopping, endless parties and dinners, kid’s activity breakups, Xmas meal planning and tying everything up at your workplace. The build-up can be exhausting and overwhelming and for some, just not fun at all.
