Stir Fry Sauce- Fullproof!
This simple & quick versatile stir fry sauce can be whipped up in minutes and used on any stir fry- adds some Asian herbs to boost up the flavour and nutritional profile. It has never received a complaint, yet!!

  • 2cm Knob of fresh gingerGrated
  • 2cloves fresh garlicgrated
  • 2large Tbs Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tamari ( or Soy Sauce)
  • 1/4cup chicken stock or water* this will vary according to how ‘saucey’ you like your stir fry. Not to be used if marinading or using as sauce for steamed fish
  1. Grate your ginger and garlic into a bowl.
  2. Ad your Oyster and tamari sauce, then mix well to combine.
  3. If using in a stir fry, add your stock/water additionally when stir frying. If steaming fish or using as a marinade, omit stock/water.
