Herby Garlic Dressing-
This simple, quick, delish & nutrish dressing will take a salad or vegetables from boring and bland to tasty and alive!

  • 1/4-1/2cup fresh coriander, basil and parsley*Depending on how herby you like it!
  • 1-3cloves fresh garlic*Depending on how garlicy you like it!
  • 2 Tsp Raw Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon or lime, juiced and rind
  • 1/2cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4cup Apple Cider VinegarI use Braggs, as it traditional fermented and has all the ‘good’ bits left in it!
  • salt & pepper to season.
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz up until well mixed and blended.
  2. Serve on any salad, drizzle 1 tablespoon on steamed vegetables or even on some grilled fish or chicken. Store in a seal jar in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. Give a good shake before using.
