As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I work with women who are rushed, over stressed, digestive issues, energy, mood, weight and skin issues. I explore the integral part of how our current modern lifestyle, wears down our own health and how to get your spark back!
I also work with clients, who are finding their healthy way, with recently diagnosed allergies or intolerances, in particular, gluten.
Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and most of all, creating achievable results for a more vibrant you.
