Are you or do you know someone who is Gluten Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, everything or anything Free?  Listed below are some suggestion to open you to a deeper understanding of what it is like living with food restrictions and to perhaps help you tolerate the intolerant!  These very simple and quick Sticky Chicken Wings are a great dish to whip up for any occasion. It’s a dish you can prepare before you need it.  Mix up the marinade the night before, pour on the chicken and store in the fridge ready to pop in the oven for a quick dinner, when you get home for work. The surprising secret to managing your health… Could it be that simple?

I love a good health talk fest and going to talks, conferences, expo, all in the name of health and wellness, particularly from a holistic standpoint, whatever I can get to, I’ll be there!
